Playing a drunken whore in Breakfast at Tiffany's doesn't exactly scream class ya know.
But no disrespect to Ms Hepburn, she wasn't exactly a mirror of that character in real life.

Have we watched the same movie????
I've watched Breakfast at Tiffany's at least 50 times
Holly Golightly (Eula Mae?) was a girl child/woman looking for something that she didn't even know - is it inside her, is it something she has to find from outside of herself, for that matter what will make her happy and what is she
really looking for
the screaming reds, not like the blues
and Fred/George fell in love with her in spite of and because of everything about her, the hidden innocence, the internal strife
Holly Golightly can't even name the cat because she can't give it a decent home
But the party in her apartment is too cool
