I'm looking forward to that day in court as well - can you mention why there's been a delay in setting a court date?
Do you know who some of the companies are that settled "quietly" and are not being listed on the Acacia letters? (Not looking for names here, just a yes or no if you can.)
Could you tell us the case #s of the Acacia vs. Pornholio and Pornholio vs. Acacia proceedings? The court documents are public documents so that shouldn't cross any gag orders?
