I just re-read this (I have to admit, I usually skim through C's posts).
Why would the FBI say they were going to tape every word he says? Court transcripts are created by the court and I'm sure if the FBI wanted a copy of them, they'd be able to obtain them.
I wonder how much trouble someone would get into if they lied about communications with the FBI.....
