BTW, Larry has a patent-pending application.. it has not been approved...he just has it filed. And his patent doesn't do any "age verifying" it's more using the E-signatures act to protect webmasters from minors who perjure themselves to lie about their birthdate.
Budweiser.com uses a birthdate check ,but Larry has added on the idea of having someone type their name into the signature block....
