Buff it *is* mental. Men often don't get that, because they seem to always be "in the mood". Women aren't. It is possible to GET them into the mood, but if they're not, don't expect to just walk up and say "So, wanna give me a blowjob tonight" and expect anything more than a disgusted sigh.
