I do not see anything wrong with this, especially if the orginzations do work together. A multi-prong strategy could be a good one. There are many ways to hurt a company besided fighting them in court. If Choker or someone else can round up the GFY mob and put them to work, they could do a lot of things.

It would be wonderful to see Choker get a group together, and file suit against Acacia in Florida. Make Acacia come out and defend itself....

The reality is, that Choker seems to be kinda egotistical, and hence may be forming a group to feed this ego, and thus nothing much will come about it.
