PD Sarettah reminded you while I was sleeping about Impa's countersuit. The last I heard on that was that Impa had asked that a term much like "adult pornography" or "adult websites" (it's early and I haven't even gotten through my first Pepsi so my memory hasn't engaged) be removed from Acacia's vocabulary; don't allow them to say it during the proceedings because it would unfairly cause the jury to have prejudices. I agree, the judge didn't. :angry:
I've been begging to know what the next court date is but I don't think they actually have another date yet.

The comment about $3k is from Brandon's announcement that he is going to pay himself a $3k/month salary from the Fight The Patent Foundation donations.
