In order to challenge Nick to say that to your face in Vegas, there'd have to be a few things that aren't going to happen:

1. You'd have to be able to AFFORD to go to Vegas
2. Nick would have to actually give a shit about you enough to notice your presence

Only teenagers and the mentally inept threaten physical confrontations at upcoming conventions. Since you were born in '74, we can rule out the teenager part.
