OTTAWA - If you pay attention to the great sex fantasy promulgated by everything from Cosmopolitan magazine to the Viagra commercials, everyone is having lots of sex.
But with a few notable exceptions -- new lovers and the women on Sex and the City -- most of us aren't having that many so-hot-it-blows-our-mind encounters.
