That's a big "if", lol.
Berman claims that they spent hundreds of thousands on prior art research, but I don't believe him. If they had, they'd be parading around these patent researchers and college professors as if they were superstars - it would only help the "join us or die" mantra.
And being that they're patent lawyers you'd think they'd have taken the time to look at pre-existing patents, but then again you'd think the patent office would do the same
