Interesting thread........ sorry folks, but the only thing i see wrong or out of place here is the wait to see a doctor. I served in the USMC, in Norfolk VA in a unit called F.A.S.T. Co, it was the first officially acknowledged counter-terrorim unit in the US (this was back when Delta Team was considered a myth) And first hand knowledge is that living conditions were shit if ya werent in the barracks (which was still not the ritz) When in the Barracks I could go to sick call any time i asked (was no sickbay commando though) but once ya got there, ya waited. Sometimes all day long, but ya got seen. Military life is hard, and there are a few who try to make it seem much MUCH worse than it is. Lets see is the media latches onto this (except Fox News, they'd kill themselves NOT reporting something like this) and see where it goes. Kinda sounds like what we called shitbirds chirping to me.
