Reading all these accounts of the people she's harassed in ham radio is just too bizarre. Being a manic depressive with a drinking problem is one thing, but C has some serious (and dangerous) psychotic problems.
I need to dig around the storage room and find my abnormal psychology book (one of the few classes I made an A in - that always concerned me
). I'd love to see if this is something that's already been addressed there or if she's just a combination of psychosis.
