And most importantly... why now? Trying to get lost before the court papers find you? Trying to get out of the appearance by claiming you were out of state and could not attend, and muck up the court dates?

Anyhow, regarding the original topic - Xupiter - GRRRR. I've also recieved that email from "Dan" regarding a few of my domains. I don't know any of these Yomtob folks but if indeed they're the ones behind the spam and Xupiter, then that'll probably be their sentence and judgement right there. Too many folks have been utterly fucked trying to get Xupiter off of their systems, and no one (well besides Nick, LOL) likes spam.
