1. you may not be aware of it but using a hotmail address for business purposes seems to be against the microsoft terms of service for their hotmail accounts:

So, do you have specific permission from microsoft to use your hotmail account as a business account... If not, then it can't possibly be a business account... Therefore I can't possibly be hurting your business by pointing out that most people in this biz look upon people who use hotmail/yahoo/iwon/free email accounts in general for business purposes as fucking asshole losers and would not waste a moment doing business with them....
