Back when Acacia first staretd their crap and then SBC started their shit about "frames", I reads through ALL the patents involved and determined that:

Acacia had somehow patented television some 50 years after it hit the streets.....

SBC held patents on "letterhead"......

The current patents being approved seem quite vague and obtuse to me...

I remember a few years ago when Britishtelecom where going off on one saying they had patented the hyperlink...

I never found out how that went down <_<
