Indy should be favored.
Other than sneaking up on Tampa Bay and beating them by a field goal, Carolina has had a light schedule beating Jax, N.O. and a Vick-less Falcons...
But Carolina is just good enough to sneak up and beat ANY team this season that makes too many mistakes or takes them too lightly.
