4. Try to settle your disputes in private
When possible handle your disputes in private and you'll demonstrate virtue and dignity. There is no point to rant publicly on industry chat boards. Only if a problem can't be resolved by mediation, arbitration or with a legal expert, should you go public about your grievances.
5. Don't get arrogant
One of the worst things you can do is let your ego get the best of you. Stay humble about your successes. No one wants to do business with those that belittle them, cheat them or think they are superior beings.
