Gonzo, I am not retracting my statement, or apologizing. Later in the same thread that I was quoted from, I told Gary to drop me an e-mail and I will go over all the bad things that Python is doing. He never e-mailed me, and then he threatens to sue.

I am not the type of person to be bullied - especially with attorneys. I spent 3 years in law school and have a healthy respect for the law. People who abuse the legal system over petty issues, or try to bully people with attorneys is my number 1 pet peeve.

I have always spoken my mind, it is somewhat of a curse - but it is how I was raised. I am thankful that I am in a posistion now in my life that I do not rely upon other people for my business, so I don't have to play the kiss ass game that a lot of people in this industry do.

I will continue to call them the way I see them.....

An abuse of the legal system has been the bully boy's way of handling things.

Starve the competition or those that disagree with you.

The bigger picture to all of this is that the days of strip mining surfers are coming to an end. And this shit of prechecked cross sales and deceptive marketing days are over.

And jive assed fly marketing glamour boys with hook ups with chicks, coke and whatever you want bubba...those jobs are going out the door with em.

Perhaps that coupled with greed was the problem all along.

Answer me this...just because we are in the adult entertainment industry...why do some guys think its ok to decieve the surfer and rip them off?
