Sarettah you are right. He made the initial post trying to get page views and publicty for sex.com Then he starts a new thread, and since it does not go the way he wants, he does not even respond in his own thread. ( Carrie raised that point very well)
I have no doubt he made the post to try and use me as GFY fodder to get himself more attention, and I am sure he was pushed by this Katoe Kalin friends.
It is pretty entertaining though, I have been laughing all afternoon - some great responses are on that thread - they are pretty entertaining.
As far as legal battles.... It would just be pissing money down the drain. He could not win a lawsuit, there are no damages, he would just be handing money over to his attorneys and making them rich.
