Well, I've been quiet about this because they stopped putting in the effort to build a turnkey webmaster signup page
but we've been doing well with these:
http://www.guaranteedissue.com/
http://www.nationwidevoice.com/
Payouts:
Guaranteed Issue -
$45 per completed application sent out every 2 weeks (with cycles starting on the 1st and 15th - the standard stuff).
This can ONLY be offered on Non-adult sites and/or mailers using adult opt in mailings, but NO adult offerings on the same email.
Nationwide Voice:
$12.95 per month for the customer, with the first month free and if they go to the 2nd month, they get a $500 catalogue shopping spree. Good selling point, IMHO!
3 different options for payouts:
1) $2 per month per active account starting with the 2nd month (since the first one's free) paid out 120 days out.
2) $.50 per signup, checks sent out every two weeks, AND $1 a month per active account starting with the 2nd month, paid 120 days out.
3) $1 per signup, checks sent out every two weeks, AND $.50 a month per active account starting with the 2nd month, paid 120 days out.
This can be used on non-adult and/or adult opt in mailings AND on non-adult and adult sites.
Just email me and I can get you set up and started!
