Hmm ... so patriotism and belief in a cause is the same as being a big fan of [insert favorite music group here]?
The sad thing is, for some people there is no difference. They trot out a few memorized lines and consider it patriotism, the same way members of some religions trot out a few lines from the catecism and call it faith.
I am every bit the patriotic American that Mike is, no matter what Ann Coulter or Rush Limbaugh tell him to "think", and I use the term very loosely. Gimme a break - if the irony of saying "the same lame quotes" in the same sentence as "brain washed communists" was deliberate, it would be downright clever.
