2 years ago when I turned 40(yeah I know, I dont look aday over 35
I quit for almost 2 years cold turkey. Then last winter at a concert I started again with just a smoke or 2. That pretty much started me up again
Well I've been wanting to stop for awhile now. Sunday morning after a day of drinking, hollaring and smoking(game day stuff
) I couldnt talk, my throat was on fire. So yesterday I went and got the Nictrol inhalers to help me kick it.
So for so good
