smoking!

Congrats!

I stopped many years ago, but I can tell you, the ONLY way to do it is to just MAKE yourself not smoke. It's NOT easy and it's a craving that while it will wane, it will never go away. It's been 15+ years since I stopped and to this day after a couple of drinks or if I'm REALLY stressing, I'll want one. Thankfully I know they'll give me a headache so IF I take a puff, I'm happy with just that.
Plus I'm REALLY stubborn and if I put my mind to doing something, I do it, hehehe.
I got my son to stop smoking when he was 16 - if you'd like, I can come over and use the same technique - he has problems even BEING around smokers now.
Put your "cigarette" money in a box in and in a month, spend it on something really fun!
