I forgot how the spread worked by mixing up the over or under part, so i guessed exactly the opposite of what i meant to guess (based on a complex formula using the spread) ... if i picked what I meant to pick, (based on my complex formula), i would be 11-4 instead of 4-11 and inside the 10

You'd think i'd remember by the 3rd season of pickem

can someone explain to me which way the + and - go?

if a team is +5 *they* have to get that many extra points or the other team does?
