What is this exactly?...I've seen this mentioned before but is this just a resource - where will the donations go, to whom & for what purpose? Are there any pro-active efforts underway or planned (eg countersuits/media campaigns/lobbying/blackmail with pics of acacia exec's in crotchless panty drag outfits...) will this be a communal legal advisory deal for members...will the funds be available for litigation (either in defense or mentioned above: plantiff actions)?
I know this was created in response to acacia, but exactly how are you planning on responding?
I'm just sketchy on what exactly it is you plan on doing.
[edit] - I noticed you say you're backing a group of webmasters in their fight, but on a case by case basis - for individuals potentially facing litigation - aside from the years of appeals on both sides, how will this help the smaller webmasters that may not have a a few hundred K or your backing to hold acacia off through years of appeals?
