My dad had a 1987 ranger that he replaced in 1998 with the SAME EXACT TRUCK just a later model. They suck (though, the newer one was a lot easier to shift with than the 87 model)

What amazes me is the amount of damage that was done by hitting DIRT!
And when Mrs. Wig hit it, $2K damage and not a scratch on Wig's truck.
