Some people will complain about anything....
I guess I can understand if the other family had small kids (explain THAT one Mom & Dad! lol), but still....I mean, if my neighbors were THAT bad & I got that freaked out about it I wouldn't take them to court, I would just move! Life is too short for all that BS. 4 years???? Sheesh!!!
