If a majority of other people thought using a phone doesn't require "specific knowledge" then that is what the program would use too. Since we all have very different conceptions of what a word means - and there are hundreds of posts here everyday to prove that - there will be inconsistencies in answers.

It's obvious though that I am completely right about those answers and everyone else is just plain wrong!!
