i guess the % totals are calculated from the same ibill accounts which contain 97 data through to 2003 data?? fuck, i have no idea how anyone can get a 6-8 month retention these days ... i can't even get that high selling 12 month memberships

undermyspell, i suggest you go to your boss, and ask a LOT of questions about how the biz works ... we'd all like to promote your stuff as you have some great niches in there, but so far you've just bullshited us with numbers that are incredibly off the norm ... tell your boss that these days, there's lots of webmasters who aren't idiots and won't believe crap like that, but you should do ok on gfy ;-)
