It's spoundbite heaven, and in the USA today it works wonders for politicians!!
For example. In nearly every speech you give make sure you mention 9-11 and Iraq very close together throughout the speech and **POOF!!** you have just managed to convince a whole shitload of people that Iraq had some or all of the hijackers involved in 9-11 when, in fact, they had none.
All presidents do it, yes even Clinton. Just so happens the president has the most frequently seen soundbites that are paid attention to.
