I like wholewheat and multi-grain breads...not too fond of white. There's a really dark bread i like too, but i'm not sure what it is. Tastes faintly sweet...but quite a heavy texture.
One thing I DO
is American style biscuits, but we can't get them here.
Any one have any favourite recipes they care to share? Have to be basic recipes with no 'premixes' involved...cos we can't buy the premix stuff down here either.
