PD I thought you of all people would know your Constitutional Right better.....

They have a right to a fari, expediant trial by their peers. They are innocent until PROVEN guilty.... yadda yadda yadda... come on you know these things.

Liberals only like the Constitution when it benefits them..... at least ACLU tends to be even handed...

And my commetns on Ashcroft might be wishful thinking, time will tell.... I hope ( and I know you do too) that I am right!!
