I'm going to make you and Gonzo eat at my mother's house - she makes Martha Stewart look like someone who doesn't believe in fancy place settings. And mom's not headed to prison - though if I could arrange it, I would.......
I've also eaten dinner with two members of "NY society" (males, natch) who didn't use their salad fork and ate slices of filet with their fingers, so it's not just the "TGP Kids".
