I was athletic most of my life, and in high school there was nothing better than going out for a nice long run...

Anyone who knows me though, knows that I have REALLY let myself go. But I've been working out religiously for the past few months and it's like finding a lost friend. There is nothing like a good workout and feeling sore the next day. Anthony's right. I look forward to it. My diet has improved as well, and some weight is slowly coming off. The main thing though is that I feel MUCH better.

I remember when I first moved to Atlanta and joined a gym. The personal trainer insisted on putting me through a workout although I knew how all the machines worked. I was like: "dude, I haven't worked out in 10 years... you're pushing way too hard." Needless to say, I couldn't reach for my wallet out of my back pocket the next day. What an idiot... I took to working out on my own though, and I absolutely cannot miss a workout. It definitely becomes an important part of your life if you give it time...
