Sharky, I think when you took me to Bern's that the waitress talked you in to medium... because there is no blood...
I have been to Charleys as well here in Tampa....
But Berns is better....
Ruth's is still my favorite overall, because they have great apps and side dishes...
But just the MEAT - and WINE - NOTHING BEATS BERNS!!
