My mother is a midwife, and except for the perverts you get in any industry, the doctors have seen so much that it really is just "medical" to them. Very few women that come in and spread their legs are what you see on pornsites. The majority of them are old, overweight, unclean, and many times they're there because they have a disease.
Doctors are usually in medicine for 1 of 2 reasons: The money or the true desire to help. Neither of those is sexual in nature.
(well, to some of you the money might be, hehehe).
I've been to a few OB/GYN's, but just in GA. Every one of them has had a nurse present during the exam. I don't know if it's state law or not (I guess I could ask my mom, lol!), but they aren't even given the opportunity for any hanky panky here.
