HE DID A ROOFING JOB FOR OUR GRANDMOTHER ON LITTLE WOULF BEACH ROAD AND IT TOOK HER A FEW MONTHS TO GET THE JOB DONE AND DONE RIGHT.

HE BROKE OTHER PERSONAL BELONGINGS ON HER HOME AS HE WAS PUTTING UP HER ROOF AND NEVER CAME BACK TO REPLACE THEM WHICH HE ALSO KNEW ABOUT.

HE ALSO TOOK A SMALL ROOF OFF OF HER HOUSE SO HE COULD GET HER METAL ROOF UP AND NEVER PUT THE SMALL ROOF BACK ON WHICH HE TOLD HER SEVERAL TIMES HE WOULD COME BACK TO FINISH HIS WORK.

HE CALLED HER MANY OF TIMES AND GOT COCKY WITH HER ON THE PHONE ABOUT HER CALLING HIM UP AND TELLING HIM HE STILL HAD THINGS TO BE DONE AT HER HOME.

SHE CALLED AND TALKED TO A LAWYER AND HE TOLD HER SHE NEEDED TO WRITE A LETTER TO HIM GIVING HIM A FINISH DATE OF WHEN THINGS WERE TO GET DONE. HE NEVER CAME BACK TO FINISH THE JOB. HE OBVIOUSLY DOESNT CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO HIS BUSINESS. HE ONLY CARES ABOUT RIPPING HER AND IM SURE OTHER FINE TUPPER LAKE PEOPLE.

WHEN SHE CALLED HIM TO GET THIS NEW ROOF PUT ON,SHE ONLY HAD A SMALL LEAK IN HER BATHROOM. NOW SHE HAS LEAKS ALL OVER IN THE LIVING ROOM AND ONE LEAK WAS JUST ABOVE OUR GRANDFATHER WHO IS HOME,LYING IN HIS HOSPICE BED VERY ILL.

OUR AUNT AND HIS RESPIC AIDE HAD TO MOVE HIS BED SO HE WOULDNT GET WET. WHEN SHE CALLED TO LET MARK ****** KNOW OF THIS HAPPENING, HE CALLED HER BACK AT 11PM FROM TRAIL'S END(BAR ROOM), DRUNK AND YELLED AT HER TELLING HER NOT TO EVER CALL HIM AGAIN. THIS IS THE KIND OF WORKER HE IS.

HE IS A USELESS HUMAN BEING AND COULDNT HOLD ANY OTHER JOBS IN TOWN SO HE FIGURED HE'D GO OUT ON HIS OWN BUT THIS JUST GOES TO SHOW YOU WHAT KIND OF PERSON HE IS.

HE CHARGED OUR GRANDMOTHER ALMOST $6,000 FOR HER ROOF AND IT SHOULD HAVE ONLY BEEN AROUND $3000-$3500.SO YOU TELL ME WHO IS A RIP OFF AROUND HERE.

MARK ALSO WENT UP TO THE VFW AND TOLD MY COUSIN THAT HE GOT RIPPED OFF ON HER ROOF.H E GAVE HER A $300 DEAL. SO HE TRIED TO TELL HER THAT HE LOST OUT ON THE DEAL. HE IS SCUM AND DOESNT DESERVE ANY BUSINESS IN THIS TOWN OR ANYWHERE ELSE. IF YOU WANT TO HIRE HIM,THE ONLY PLACE TO CONTACT HIM WOULD BE TRAIL'S END BAR ROOM...THE # IS 518-359-7135.

I stand buy my work,. Not only did the roof leak the family moved their sick father under the only roof leak in the house, that poor man he must be proud of his sons that stole poor Percey ******** Generator. AND THEY ARE CALLING ME A THIEF. what a joke. they tell you the roof cost 6,000. well let me tell you sweet cheeks(and them are some big cheeks).

The roof in all material & labor cost 4050.00 the new chimney cost around 500.00 the materials cost me 2,200. There was also 192 man hrs. not counting the five times i chiped three feet of ice off her UN INSULATED and poorly vented ATTIC wich had nothing to do with the job i did.S0 if you add it up the hourly rate equaled $9.63 hr to install her roof. I GOT F****D NOT SHANNON. Buy the way she stripped for most of my freinds and they were sick to their stomaches.she should get a real life and wake up and smell my balls

It is unfortunate that this man calls himself a business man in Tupper Lake. First of all, he cannot even spell, and second of all he really has no real rebuttal except to degrade the people
that gave him money to do a job.

Obviously, the man does not know how to bid a job if it cost him more than what he got. Maybe if
he was at the jobsite working when he is billing his clients for hours worked and not riding around in his new truck, he might have made
more than $9.63 an hour.

I wonder how many people he has really ripped
off. I hear he owes even many of his ex-employees money.

Maybe this man should look in his own back yard before accusing people of using their
underwear as their sheets. Have you seen the stomach on this man lately.

This man still owes me money from work that I use to do for him. He was never on the job sites. He tells us what to do, never fully explaining everything, and then he takes off driving around town all day while we do all the work.

This man deserves what he gets. I'm glad I know about this contractor. My husband and I were looking for someone to do some work for us, and Im glad I happened to catch this online. We feel bad for this woman and her husband who is ill. I hope they take him to the cleaners. Get what you deserve ma'm and this web site says, "dont let him get away with it." He seems to have a smart mouth and a terrible attitude towards you and your family after you have already paid him for a job thats not done and what was done was a lousy job. I am a friend of Mark ******'s and rumor has it that he has been paid a large sum of money that was owed to him and his ex-partner. I wonder though, if Mark plans on paying off his debts to everyone in Tupper Lake that he owes, or if he will just put the money up his nose like
usual.

Maybe he will catch up his truck and snowmobile
payments that he is 3 or 4 months behind on and almost lost to repossession, until mommy and daddy bailed him out.
