And Sawnee EMC is going to settle out of court for $50mil? To be honest, I'd be surprised if Sawnee EMC even HAD that kind of money. It's a member owned electric company and in relation to a company like Ga. Power, it only covers a small number of cities.

Apparently John's going over there or has already been there. That's a good thing.
