Another dictator with an arsenal even more updated than that of Iraq's. NK actually has thousands of 1940's era tanks in their arsenal. Their airforce is antiquated too. Not to mention they are hampered by Soviet-era military doctrine.
I don't think there'll be a war but I think it would be quite easy by historical standards.
