In response to requests for clarification on travel to and from and within the Asia Pacific region:
Please be advised the recent SARS travel advisory pertains to all parts of China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Vietnam and any business travel to and from and between these countries is suspended. In addition, any business travel which transits through these countries from anywhere in the world is also suspended. Exceptions to the advisory need to be approved by (Poobah) or (Grand High Poobah). We will continue to monitor the situation, consult with the appropriate health authorities, and update you as necessary.
Regarding personal travel:
If you choose to visit a potential SARS "danger area," please inform your local Human Resources Department.
