Hooters is nothing different than TGIF with the exception of hotpants... When my daughter was 15, she was in a beauty pageant in St. Louis... Closest plaqce to eat was Hooters so we ended up there along with most of the other participants...
nothing racy about Hooters.... Hell, if Hooter's is considered bad, what about Victoria's secrets, right there in the mall.. I guess kids shouldn't be allowed to walk in a mall until they are 16 either ??
