Im positive most of them have a ton more experience than I do and most of them know more, but beyond that I have no worries. Its just tough when your persoanlity isnt one of being submissive, sittign back, lurking and not adding to any conversation ebcause you havent been initiated yet. My personality type is one of something that likes to take the lead but knows when its necessary to allow others that right, however in that case I stay close behind and not get shuffled to the back of the room. Amongst other similar personality types im sure it can be an issue.
