Peaches, Sig and I were just talking about the same thing. It will be very interesting... I would hate to be prosecuted for AmateurIndex, or some of my domains that are just girls names. Most of my domains do not have "Sex" or "porn" in it. ( I wonder how that would have worked with the litigation for the sex.com trademark thing? haha)
Off hand I think this will be tossed out by Federal Courts... I hope so anyway.
Also I would have to read the law, and see the language.... deliberately is a pretty strong word legally. Obviously this is focused on sites like "Whitehouse.com"
