I don't know about that article ... could have been written by the anti-Torone, if you ask me.

I wondered about something along those lines, but certainly without the conspiratorial aspect to it. It would be interesting to see how many Iraqi generals are soon found retired with nice little nest eggs in quiet little spots around the world.
