Serge, if there were a 'cure' for SARS don't you think SOME country would have found it and shared hmmm? Considering it puts the entire world at risk? (including capitalism and globalization)
The death rate due to SARS in Canada in no way supports the theory of a failing medical system....try again sweetie.
