Three choices.
1. Plant them.
2. Claim they were moved to Syria and move on.
3. Bush says "As president I must tell the truth. We didn't find any WMD but we did free the Iraqi people ...." People might eat that truth telling bit. Who would have ever thought people would like Ollie North's patriot defense?
