I wrote a ripper for myself about a month ago inside of 15 minutes that was more complete than this...
btw, did you ask permission from the hun, tommys, etal to include their links hardcoded inside your software ??

I did write a ripper, but purely for a practical purpose. There was a friend who had a website, wanted to move it... he was stupid enough not to have a local backup. hosting company was being bullshitty or something, I am not sure what the real situation was.. I do know that it was his code and his domain, I saw the registration
Anyway, he could not get in to FTP on the server and was moaning and groaning that he was gonna have to rewrite it, etc... So, I took pity and put something together to go underneath the htaccess radar and grab his site for him.
I have never written or would market a product to assist in stealing code or images....
If they want to do that, then they need to ask someone else
Although, most of the technique I used to do the ripper I stole from code I had written for a little search appliance that deep searches a site... But that is a different project
