Is there a legal defintion in the US for "hardcore" or is it based on the standards of the area? i.e. when a TV show/movie/etc. goes from softcore porn to hardcore porn, are there certain acts that are LEGALLY hardcore like penetration, or is it just a rule of thumb (so to speak
