Geeze - powered eggs - another thing I've lived 41 years without eating?
I'm feeling food deprived
Though I LOVE eggs and I'm not even fond of the Egg Beater type things - I think I'll die happy not trying the powdered eggs.
Speaking of ham.....down here we have country ham which is shelf stable and can stay in your basement for about 35 years, has your yearly USDA requirement of sodium in a single bite, and is the only thing that should go in the middle of a big fluffy buttermilk biscuit except butter (and margarine isn't allowed in my home, BTW).
Damn - it's just a wonderment I have a big ass, isn't it?
