I think IBill can make a strong comback, but they have some issues they need to take care off... one of the main issues is....
are they in adult processing or not
all the "mainstream" thinking etc. do not work well with adult sites/companies...
Prehaps downsizing is a good sign that someone at IBill have a plan?
